Terms of service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms explain how you may use KABPRO fleet management software and what you can expect from us as your service provider.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KABPRO fleet management platform, websites and related services ("Services") operated by KABPRO ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, signing in or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate business and contact information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be authorised to bind the fleet or agency you register. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Services
KABPRO is provided for lawful fleet and cab operations. You may use the Services to manage vehicles, drivers, trips, expenses, billing and related records for your business.
You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law, resell access without agreement, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of fleet and business data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for obtaining consents required from drivers or employees whose personal data you upload.
5. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page and in your order or invoice. Fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Refunds are handled under our Refund & cancellation policy.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice where possible.
Support levels depend on your plan. Enterprise customers may have separate service level agreements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KABPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or legal requirement.
Upon termination, you may export your data subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
